1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website located at ModaChic.site (the "Site") and our monetization services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Services Provided

Moda provides monetization solutions for publishers and developers, including but not limited to access to Google Ad Exchange (AdX), AdMob mediation, and header bidding technologies. We reserve the right to accept or reject any publisher application at our sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities (Invalid Activity)

Publishers must adhere to Google's Publisher Policies. Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Clicking on your own ads or encouraging others to do so.
• Using automated bots, click farms, or deceptive software to inflate impressions or clicks.
• Placing ads on pages with illegal, adult, or copyrighted content.

Violation of these policies will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Moda and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Moda be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
